Back in high school, I didn’t need to exercise to reduce stomach fat. I was an all-star athlete – being the captain of my football team, I led my team-mates in high-intensity training sessions, grueling practices and impressive wins. I was in the best shape of my life. I finished high school and went to college for a couple of years; I still played college football and managed to stay in shape throughout my college years. Then I got a job at a large accounting firm where I sat behind a desk and studied numbers all day long. Within a year, I noticed my body started changing; my pants were getting tighter and I now had a spare tire that I couldn’t seem to get rid of, no matter what I did.

Within 5 years, I got married, had a couple of kids, and life just sort of formed a pattern of going to work, coming home, eating dinner and having a few beers while watching my favorite television shows. I was beginning to think there was o hope for me.

Being overweight has been my problem for many years until recently, when I have discovered some good exercise to reduce stomach. I was always in a predicament as to how I can get into my old clothes easily without having to buy new ones always. Having to change my wardrobe to fit my bulging belly consumed my savings for years and I need to find ways to lose weight fast. And this is how I come to learn about the best exercise to reduce fat belly.

Losing fat and maintaining your desired weight is a challenge. Controlling the urge to eat more food beyond your limit is hard to do, especially when there is always good food around. Plus the fact that you don’t exert too much effort in burning the extra calories will surely lead to bigger problems. Going back to my problem, I was so desperate on losing fats especially from my belly when I decided to be picky with my foods. I shunned away from eating fatty foods like pork and beef fat, chicken skin, and crunchy pork skin which are my favorite foods. I avoided excessive eating and drinking of sweet foods like ice cream, cakes, pastry and soft drinks. But avoidance of rich foods containing fats and carbohydrates is not the only answer. With exercise, I found out that I can burn more calories and made me lose excess weight easily. That is how I started to do my routine workouts.

Doing exercise to reduce stomach must be a daily routine, and must be done automatically. Once you get into the habit, it will then become easy for you which were a bit heavy from the start. First and foremost is to begin with physical activities that are common and can be easily accomplished like running, walking and jogging. If you are really weighing more, then these activities should be done longer. Or better still; increase the activity when you feel that you want to burn more calories, like jogging and brisk walking. Later on, the routine can be improved to serious running at longer periods, so that more calories will be burned and thereby getting rid of the fats that have been bugging you for years.
